Frequently Asked Questions:   Templates/Stencils - Q - Are they reuseable? A - The adhesive-backed templates/stencils are generally for a one time use.  However, the Non-Adhesive (Bare) templates/stencils can be used more than once if care is given when removing and cleaning them. Q - Can the templates/stencils be applied to walls and ceiling? A - Yes, exterior or interior walls and ceilings.  Suggestion: for interior walls and ceilings, use drywall mud for a knock down effect. Q - What is the thickness of the plastic templates? A - The thickness of the plastic templates  is .025. Q - Will these templates/stencils come apart when they get wet, like cardboard ones do? A - No, they are plastic and will not delaminate.   Shipping - Q - How do you ship? A - FedEx or a freight trucking company. Q - What forms of shipping are available? A - We usually ship FedEx Ground, but we also offer FedEx 3 Day Express, FedEx 2 Day Air, FedEx Next Day Air Standard (by end of the business day), and FedEx Next Day Air Priority (in the a.m. hours). Q - Can I use my own FedEx Account Number? A - Yes Q - If I order in a larger quantity is there a less expensive form of shipping? A - Yes, we will ship freight with an order of 15 or more boxes. Q- Who do you use for shipping freight and can I use my own Account Number? A - USF Holland, and yes, you can use your own account number. Q - If I have my own freight company can I use them instead? A - Yes, you will have to set it up for pick up once it's verified ready. Q - How many days will my order take to get to me? A - Orders normally ship same day.  Number of days, depends on your location and does not include day of shipping, weekends, or holidays.   Payment - Q - What forms of payment do you except? A - We except Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  However, if you prefer to pay by check, we do offer COD for an additional $10.00  per box.
