Preparation

Preparation is the key in any application of decorative concrete, EIFS/stucco, ICF and/or interior applications. Skipping steps will cause your project to fail. Things to remember while preparing your surface:

  • Moisture level below the surface, in and on top of the surface can affect the final product.
  • Imperfections on surface need to be fixed.
  • Make sure surface is clean and ready for your stencil application per the manufacturer’s directions
  • Use the correct materials that coincide with your particular application/project and follow the manufacturer’s directions
  • Make sure that weather conditions are at prime temperature. If it is too hot, above 95 degrees, or too cold below 40 degrees, humid, cold or raining, this may cause our products to fail or not work in this environment.
